Indie Tickets charges no fees to venues, promoters or artists. Promoters set the face value price for their tickets. We add a small service fee that ticket buyers pay. Our prices are competitive with any similar service so we can keep prices low for your customers. We take care of all sales and customer service, assuring that the box office operates smoothly and happily. Indie Tickets provides a win-win situation: customers receive courteous, efficient care while promoters, venues and artists focus on their specialty: creating and producing great events!

How does it work? Very simply:

1  Indie Tickets creates a branded mini-website for you.
This mini-website features your venue, event, or artist. When customers visit your web site, they simply click on a "Buy Tickets" link that goes to this mini-site. They enter the number of tickets they want and pay with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. We email confirmation to the customer and add their order to your Will Call list. It's done.

In addition to your branded mini-site, Indie Tickets lists all of your events on our main site, features them in our mailing lists and ensures that your shows are listed on a network of additional sites, providing your events with increased exposure.

2  You track sales data in real-time.
Any time you wish to check sales, just visit your secure, dedicated administrative website that Indie Tickets provides. From this site, you have the ability to search current or past sales data, run sales figures and print real-time "Will Call" lists of paid ticket buyers for your events.

3  Easy settlement on Event Night (or Day)!
Just log in to your Indie Tickets secure, dedicated web site. Download the Will Call list of all paid ticket purchasers and admit them to the show. Indie Tickets prepares the settlement statement - what we owe you - and sends your check automatically on the day of the event. No need to worry, wait, call or fill out a form. The check really is in the mail.
